Total Desktop Care will provide you with support to make sure your desktops and laptops  receive the patches they need, update the virus program, delete temporary files, and detect and remove SpyWare.

Total Desktop Care + Service Tickets gives you all the features of Total Desktop Care plus the option of entering your own service tickets for a desktop system that needs modifications or service. Services are performed remotely by Network Operations Center (NOC) personnel. If onsite assistance is required, you have the option of using your own support organization, or one of our technicians can be dispatched for an additional fee.

Virtual Service Desk gives you all the features of the previous two options plus access to a U.S. based (toll free) end user help desk. If onsite assistance is required, you have the option of using your own support organization, or one of our technicians can be dispatched for an additional fee.
